Starting a daily meditation practice doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. Here are some simple steps that will help you get started on a journey of mindfulness and relaxation. Don't be concerned about the mind chatter at the beginning, sometimes referred to as "monkey mind," which is always jumping around. Over time, this will subside and it will become effortless!
Now that you are meditating daily, it's time to start asking your higher self, or intuition, to speak loudly and clearly about upcoming life choices and situations. When having conversations and trying to awaken your consciousness, remember to be clear & direct. It's like a whisper in the beginning that eventually gets louder as you continue on. Then, trust what you are receiving in the communication. This is the hard part, because sometimes it's not what we want to hear; nonetheless, we must believe our higher consciousness has our best interests at heart.
Be mindful of the symbols and signs you encounter on a regular basis. For example, if I see books and binders, I know it's about education. If I see bodies of water, I know it's about healing and cleansing the soul. Each person will have their own reference points and carry them throughout their journey. Pay close attention to that emotional sensation, or in other words, the tug of energy. When you get the urge to go right instead of left, try to honor that feeling when you can. Eventually, you'll find that your gut feelings usually turn out to be accurate - and your trust in yourself will grow!

Sometimes the answers may not come right away.
However, if we stay open and trust that we will receive what we need at the perfect moment -
we can be confident that the light will shine in the end and all will be reveled.
