My reiki practitioner tells me all the time that I’m very grounded, which is funny because life is chaotic. When the weather started getting nice, I would step out my back door and sit in the grass, barefoot, with my hands pressed against the ground. I would give all my anxiety to the earth, and the earth would give back an electrical surge of energy.
It was very addicting. Now that fall is approaching, I realize I’m not going to be sitting in the snow barefoot, so I have to find other ways to help with my grounding practice.
